Social Worker In Schools (SWiS)
Our school social worker, is Renee Comber. Her office is located at the end of the library building. She is onsite Wednesday and Thursday. You can contact her on 627 9665, extension 214.
School Uniform

Bucket hats are also available for purchase from the school office. These must be worn in Term One and Term Four.
KickStart Breakfast.
Waikōwhai Primary runs a programme providing a nutritious breakfast of milk, Weet-bix, toast and Milo. Breakfast club operates Monday to Friday with the help of parent volunteers. If you are available to help out, please contact the school office via the contact us page.
Fonterra and Sanitarium supply the milk and Weet-bix and the school provides the bread and Milo. Our breakfast starts at 8:15 am and they serve until 8:45 am.

School Assemblies
Classes host full school assemblies according to the timetable below. Friday afternoon assemblies are an opportunity for students to share their learning and for us to celebrate their progress and achievements. Assemblies begin at 2:00 pm. We encourage parents and whanau to come and enjoy the class assemblies with us.
